FYI - Although Microsoft products and similar desktop publishing products
are not intended for large format printing, your graphic can be reworked for production.

Preparing Your Print Files

When designing in Illustrator, Freehand or Corel, always outline your fonts to avoid font conflicts and save or export the file as an .eps.

Please save all Photoshop files as either CMYK .tif or .eps files.

When using a page layout program, always include all screen and printer fonts used in your graphics. Please do not stylize fonts in Quark, use the pure Italic or Bold font in the font family.

Resolution should be 100dpi - 150dpi at final output size.

Always include bleeds.

All files should be CMYK. If using a Pantone® color, specify the number and we will match as closely as possible. Additional charges apply for color matching.

Always include a color proof to ensure file (not color) accuracy.

Cut Vinyl

Files intended for cut vinyl banners or signs must be created in Illustrator or Freehand as vector (line art) images with outlined type.

FYI - Cut vinyl graphics cannot be reproduced from raster (photographic) files. We can often reproduce your graphic with minimal rework or by using a combination of processes.

Electronic File Submission

Available 24/7, our FTP service saves you time and shipping costs by allowing you to upload files or even entire projects from your computer directly to us.
